You have the right to return any products purchased online so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us safely and in the condition you received them in.  We would suggest that you send these products back to us by registered post.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used to purchase the products. 

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods in transit it is possible that problems may arise.  Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. You can report faulty or damaged products to us.  Please attach any pictures you have of the damage by email.  Email info@radiance.ie
