Routine Night Time

Step 1 – Cleanse

Facial cleansers are the first step in any skin care routine. Not only does a cleanser prep the skin to receive active and hydrating products, but it also removes excess oil, makeup, and debris. Pick a cleanser that is compatible with your skin type and skin concern. Gel cleansers work well with oily skin, and exfoliating cleansers are great for improving texture and radiance.

When using a cleanser Apply to damp face and neck with moistened fingertips.
Rinse completely to remove everyday dirt, grime, and makeup from your skin. Use the cleanser twice a day, once during your morning routine and again during your nighttime routine.

Step 2 – Tone

Toners provides a necessary step after you cleanse to remove makeup, oil, and debris left behind. It also Absorb your skin so that everything applied after toner can penetrate better. Obagi toner helps pores appear tighter.

Use toner daily after cleansing, shake before use. Saturate a cotton pad and gently wipe over face. Do not rinse. Use the toner twice a day, once during your morning routine and again during your nighttime routine

Step 3 – Eye Product

The eyes are a common area of concern. Often associated with signs of ageing, the eyes are also an area where people to tend to focus their attention improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles or tired looking eyes are consequently a high priority for many people. All Obagi ELASTIderm Products are specially formulated for the delicate skin around the eyes.

apply to the eye area after cleansing your skin, using small dots of the Obagi ELASTIderm Eye Cream or Treatment Gel. Apply to under eye and eyelid area, avoiding contact with your eyes for more radiant skin and less wrinkles. For best results, apply twice daily, in the morning and at night.

Step 4 – Antioxidant Serum

Antioxidants defend the skin from damaging environmental aggressors while also promoting healthier, younger looking skin. Antioxidant therapy is recommended in the morning to defend from daily skin damage and skin aging that can be accumulated throughout the day.

Apply 5 to 7 drops of Obagi Serum to the face, neck and chest using fingertips.
Apply to cleansed skin in the morning before sunscreen or makeup application

Step 5- Retinol

Retinol is a type of retinoid, which is a class of Vitamin A compounds and derivatives that are popular in products designed to improve skin complexion and texture.

Retinol is a non-prescription retinoid that has been shown to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, smooth skin texture, and improve overall skin tone.

Use Retinol after cleansing and toning the skin and smooth a pea-sized amount onto your face and neck until fully absorbed. Leave out Retinol in your morning routine, but always apply a generous amount of SPF to protect your new skin cells which can be particularly sensitive to sunlight.

Step 6- Moistuize

Moisturizers are a staple in any skin care routine— beneficial for any patient to help improve dry and flaky skin, rough texture, radiance, and tight/itchy skin.

Use one or two pumps for the entire face every morning

Step 7 – Sunscreens (SPF)

The majority of visible skin aging received throughout a lifetime comes from sunlight, making sunscreen the insurance policy in any skin care routine. Sunscreen protects the skin against damaging UVA and UVB rays. Obagi recommends you look for sunscreen that is appropriate for your skin type and finish preference, such as a tint or matte finish.

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and as needed. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every 2 hours.
