What is your cancellation Policy?

We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation of appointments.   This will give us an opportunity to fill the appointment.  You may cancel by phone or online.  If you cancel your appointment pre 48hrs we will offer you credit on your account to purchase a product or credit on your account for your next appointment.   If you fail provide 48 hours notices of cancellation or amendment we reserve the right to charge for all missed consultations.  A €50 booking deposit will be required to secure in clinic appointments.

Late Arrivals

We ask our patients to arrive to their appointments before their schedule appointment time.  This allows enough time for the registration process to be completed before the actual appointment time.   If you arrive late for your appointment you will be given the option to be seen but we cannot guarantee you the full allocated time of the appointment out of courtesy to next client.  In this situation you will be charge full cost of treatment. 

Medical History

You will be asked to complete a medical history including any medications you are taking and any allergies you have before your treatment.   If you withhold information or failure to follow instructions from our clinicians in Radiance, we will not be held responsible for any damage caused. 

Treatment bookings – Deposit

We require a €50 deposit when booking all appointments. Your booking deposit is redeemable against treatments. Deposits can be accepted via our online store or by emailing the clinic directly. Deposits paid are non refundable. 

Before and After Pictures for Clients Medical Records

Photographs will be taken as part of your treatment for your confidential medical records.  This is mandatory to monitor your treatment progress.

Before and After Pictures for Promotional Campaigns

Radiance would like to collect and process photographic images, video recordings, written testimonials from you for educational and promotional material.   This would be regarded as sensitive data which by law requires your explicit consent to allow us to publish it.  Images will NOT be used without your permission. Photographs can be anonymised upon request, and further details and consent will be obtained, prior to the use of any photographs.
